What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• enter patient information and consents into the EMR
• alert clinicians and facilitate rooming
• assist with patient comfort and preparation
• check patients out and encourage rebooking
• answer calls and manage voicemails
• collect payments and manage deposits
• schedule and confirm appointments
• follow up on missed or canceled appointments
• maintain the facility and supplies
• promote services and products
• conduct and document patient outreach
• uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
