The Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician role is onsite in Plymouth, MA. What you'll do

• Complete residential HVAC service calls
• diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
• build customer rapport and explain product, service, financing, and maintenance options
• complete follow-up calls supporting service and installation departments
• train and mentor apprentices
• explain replacement options for aging or inefficient systems
• maintain a clean job site and inventoried truck.
