Entry Support, Service Management — Technical Operations

What you'll do

• Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and security
• troubleshoot and resolve system and service issues
• communicate status and resolution details
• document incidents in the ticketing system
• escalate issues according to service-level agreements
• answer calls from brokerage operations and help-desk teams
• handle customer concerns and follow up
• update customer records
• assist with product testing and validation
• facilitate incident-management calls and client updates.
