What you'll do

• Support Tech Center departments including deposit operations, ATM/debit services, ACH/wire services, item processing, document imaging, call center, cash management, internet banking, fraud and BSA compliance, bookkeeping, and help desk
• manage competing tasks accurately
• maintain process documentation
• learn banking systems
• follow policies and controls
• protect customer information
• and provide operational support as needed.
