Field Operations Representative

The Field Operations Representative works onsite in Hobart, IN, with daily travel to stores across the district; compensation is $40,000–$50,000 per year. The representative works directly with store teams to reconcile records, resolve operational issues, maintain store standards, and provide backup management so locations can continue operating when managers are unavailable.

What you'll do

• Audit and reconcile cash, deposits, and drawer counts
• track and resolve repair-order and vehicle discrepancies
• account for cores, returns, and parts inventory
• monitor catalytic converter controls
• check and correct uniform, brand, and store-condition issues
• review vendor spending and inventory counts
• step in as acting store manager when needed.
