Registered Nurse – Surgery

The Registered Nurse – Surgery role is a full-time, onsite position in Seattle, WA, with flexible 8.5-hour shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The stated hourly rate is $30–$65. Pinnacle Fertility’s mission is to help build families through compassionate fertility care and treatment services. The nurse provides pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in the surgical suite, supporting patient safety and comfort throughout fertility procedures. The role also helps maintain surgical-suite readiness, document care, communicate instructions, and coordinate with the surgical team.

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for procedures, perform preoperative assessments, start IVs, and provide discharge instructions. Recover patients after general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care
• deliver direct perioperative care
• document in the electronic medical record
• communicate instructions to patients and families
• maintain cleanliness, sterility, and equipment functionality
• follow aseptic and safety standards
• initiate emergency protocols as needed
• mentor new staff
• and coordinate equipment and supply needs with the Surgery Manager.

Why this role

Requires an active Washington State RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications, or willingness to obtain them; 2–3 years of circulating nurse experience is requested.
