The Trauma and Emergency General Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH, with additional rotations to Norwalk, OH. Compensation is not specified. This role supports the Level 1 Trauma Center at The MetroHealth System, a public health care system committed to providing comprehensive care to the community. This role exists to deliver direct patient care in collaboration with attending Trauma and Emergency General Surgery physicians. The Nurse Practitioner will manage pre- and post-surgical care, perform bedside procedures, and participate in the multidisciplinary team approach to stabilize high-acuity patients and develop effective disposition plans.

- Collaborate on daily rounds in trauma/surgical floors and ICU
- respond to Emergency Department consults
