Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer

The Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer role is onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week. Compensation is $120,000–$130,000 per year. The engineer supports FBI divisions, including the Office of the General Counsel and Counterterrorism Division, through Evolver Federal’s technology services; an active TS clearance is required. The engineer maintains and supports the eDiscovery platform and its underlying systems, responding to outages and keeping components current and healthy. The role helps ensure reliable technical services for program objectives through configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and communication with technical stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the Veritas eDiscovery Platform
• document configuration change requests through change control
• monitor system health and scale components as needed
• provide initial and Level 1/Level 2 outage response
• apply operating-system patches and upgrades
• upgrade administrative tools and end-user applications
• configure new services
• support Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments
• present and train technical concepts to FBI audiences.
