What you'll do

• Lead the crew through project completion while meeting safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations
• review build documentation and prepare materials and installation methods
• supervise on-site inventory
• submit closeout documentation and daily progress reports
• train crew members on safety and quality standards
• verify certifications and skill sets
• maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies
• provide hands-on fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting when necessary.
