What you'll do

• Coordinate HVAC and facilities service requests
• review maintenance requests and determine service needs
• coordinate local technicians, contractors, and vendors
• schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and appointments
• review reports, estimates, invoices, and service documentation
• track work orders through completion
• monitor recurring issues and corrective actions
• maintain digital records
• coordinate urgent facilities issues
• communicate status and risks to operations leadership
• support preventive maintenance planning and regulatory documentation
• identify opportunities to reduce service costs and improve efficiency.
