The caregiver provides consistent, hands-on personal care and daily living support for a fully immobile client, helping maintain comfort and safety while coordinating with the clinical team and reporting changes in the client’s condition or needs.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and skin care
• assist with transfers, turning, and repositioning
• prepare meals and assist with oral nutrition protocols in the non-medical care plan
• maintain a clean and safe care area
• provide companionship and assist with the Eye-Gaze communication system
• collaborate with the home health nursing team and report changes.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of professional, paid direct caregiving experience. CNA certification is preferred but not required. Experience with total-assist clients, ventilators, feeding tubes, or complex equipment is preferred or a plus; the clinical team manages medical equipment.
