Remote HVAC Service Technician

The Remote HVAC Service Technician role is a full-time field position supporting Colorado operations, with work performed remotely and independently at job sites. Compensation is up to $45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Kelso Building Services supports commercial and industrial HVAC operations across Colorado. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains HVAC systems to keep building equipment operating safely and efficiently. The role contributes through scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, clear service communication, and accurate records while following applicable codes and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps
• complete scheduled maintenance and inspections
• identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• repair or replace components
• read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation
• communicate service findings and recommended next steps
• maintain service records
• comply with safety standards, codes, and company policy.
