What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments
• develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• analyze client data and adjust interventions
• provide parent training and caregiver collaboration
• maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA and payer requirements
• deliver clinic-based and in-home ABA services
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed.
