What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors
• greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, issue credentials, and maintain entry records
• monitor access points, visitor activity, and security systems from a stationary front-desk post
• report unusual activity or access concerns
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to emergency procedures
• communicate daily activities, incidents, and service needs.
