What you'll do

• Manage pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution
• develop case strategy and counsel clients
• prepare demands and settlement packages
• negotiate with carriers
• manage case progression and approvals
• supervise 6–10 Case Managers and maintain KPI and quality standards
• conduct recorded statements, prepare clients for Examinations Under Oath, and prepare clients for and attend 50-h hearings.
