What you'll do

• Administer construction contracts and ensure work meets plans, specifications, schedule, and budget
• serve as the primary contact between contractors and DDOT leadership
• resolve RFIs and field issues
• manage change orders and cost estimates
• monitor schedules and costs
• oversee inspection staff and testing
• maintain project records and reports
• monitor safety compliance
• coordinate with utilities, agencies, and the public
• and supervise inspectors and office engineering staff. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, PE license, and 5+ years of highway or bridge construction management/inspection experience are required.
