What you'll do

• Define and develop the engineering function, organizational structure, processes, standards, documentation, and technical workflows.
• Support proposals and business development with technical approaches, estimates, and customer discussions.
• Establish engineering tools and interfaces with customers, suppliers, OEMs, and subcontractors.
• Provide technical leadership on simulator and systems engineering problems and, as the organization grows, supervise engineering personnel.
