Pickleball Welcome Center Attendant

The Pickleball Welcome Center Attendant role is onsite in Lafayette, NJ, with compensation of $16.50–$19.65 per hour. The position supports the Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges’ Pickleball Center. The attendant helps the center operate smoothly by welcoming members and guests, managing access and court flow, assisting with programs, processing transactions, and maintaining a safe, positive facility environment.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• verify memberships and record facility access
• manage court reservations, check-ins, and open-play rotations
• assist with league, clinic, and tournament check-ins
• answer calls and provide facility information
• process payments and registrations
• complete shift reports
• perform opening and closing procedures
• inspect courts for hazards
• respond to emergencies according to YMCA procedures
• support member engagement and facility cleanliness.
