Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman role is onsite in West Fargo, ND. Compensation is not specified. The foreman leads concrete crews and oversees daily concrete operations on jobsites. The role exists to coordinate safe, productive work that follows project plans and specifications. Through crew leadership, quality oversight, equipment and material coordination, and daily reporting, the foreman supports project execution and communication with the Superintendent.

What you'll do

• Lead daily concrete crew activities
• communicate work instructions and safety requirements, including translating as needed
• execute work to plans, specifications, layout, and Superintendent direction
• monitor production and quality
• maintain a clean, organized, safe jobsite
• inspect and secure tools, equipment, and materials
• coordinate deliveries, equipment use, and weekly load lists
• track labor and productivity
• submit daily reports
• assist with change-order and time-and-material documentation.
