What you'll do

• Administer Software House CCURE 9000 employee records, badge credentials, and access permissions
• respond to access and badge support requests
• generate and review reports, journals, and access logs
• manage ServiceNow tickets
• coordinate with department managers, end users, and technical engineers
• maintain access control records and databases
• support system consolidation and change management
• troubleshoot application issues and escalate complex problems.
