What you'll do

• Follow chef prep lists
• label and stock ingredients
• wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients
• store food properly
• maintain food safety and kitchen cleanliness
• monitor food and cooling-room temperatures
• track inventory and communicate restocking needs
• assist chefs with preparation and other culinary tasks.
