What you'll do

• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
• lead and develop quality and inspection staff
• manage calibration programs, records, audits, and corrective actions
• analyze quality data and implement improvements
• coordinate First Article Inspections and production quality reviews
• review drawings and specifications
• investigate nonconformances and root causes
• partner with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers
• and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards and applicable requirements.
