Roofing and Siding Technician

The Roofing and Siding Technician role is onsite in Bismarck, ND, with work across central and western North Dakota. Compensation is not specified; starting pay is negotiable based on experience and skills. The role supports Arrow Roofing Systems’ roofing work and Arrow Service Team’s restoration services. The technician installs and repairs roofing and exterior components, maintaining craftsmanship and safe work practices. The position also supports customer communication and may assist restoration or reconstruction specialists as needed.

What you'll do

• Install shingles, siding, soffit, gutters, downspouts, vents, skylights, and sun tunnels
• perform structural patchwork and repairs
• cut and bend sheet metal
• remove or mitigate ice dams
• collect material samples and details
• operate equipment and tow trailers safely
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• assist restoration or reconstruction specialists as needed.
