What you'll do

• Implement IT projects and solutions outside client managed-service coverage
• work with partner success managers to engineer projects and research solutions
• assist sales representatives with IT assessments, consultations, and technology audits
• perform new-client integrations
• design, implement, and support Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365
• provide network-level services for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
