Relationship Manager (Part-Time)

The Relationship Manager works onsite across the Puri Family YMCA, Northeast Family YMCA, and Good Shepherd YMCA branches in the Loves Park, IL area. Compensation is $15 per hour. What you'll do

• Welcome members, guests, and participants in person and by phone
• build relationships and a sense of belonging
• introduce members to programs, group exercise, childcare, and other opportunities
• answer questions about facilities, services, and equipment
• use technology to engage members
• resolve concerns and escalate issues when needed
• maintain clean, safe, accessible service areas
• communicate with coworkers and leadership
• attend meetings and training
• follow policies, respond to emergencies, and report safety concerns.
