The coordinator manages day-to-day social media and digital content, supports broader marketing campaigns, and maintains the company website and brand standards. Tracking engagement and other performance measures helps the team improve content and increase brand awareness and website traffic.

What you'll do

• Create graphics, shoot videos, write captions, and schedule posts using a content calendar
• respond to comments and direct messages
• consult staff on marketing goals and program scope
• develop and execute digital marketing, social media, and SEO strategies
• track and report monthly KPIs
• coordinate stakeholders
• maintain knowledge of online marketing and analytics
• update the WordPress website and publish blog posts
• maintain brand guidelines
• create quarterly company newsletters.

Why this role

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required. One to three years of relevant experience required; defense contracting experience is a plus. WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite experience are preferred.
