What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and mentor community and leasing leaders
• oversee operations, financials, and staff across the portfolio
• manage regional budgets and property performance
• review financial reports and work with asset managers on budgets and capital needs
• ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• monitor occupancy, renewals, resident complaints, and marketing
• inspect properties and vacant apartments
• oversee maintenance planning, capital projects, and seasonal contracts
• analyze market data and develop marketing strategies.
