Training and collaboration with staff, leadership, protective services, and regulatory bodies support the health, safety, rights, and well-being of individuals served.

What you'll do

• Manage and investigate incidents
• secure evidence, obtain witness statements, review records, and prepare factual summaries
• enter and track incident data
• meet reporting timelines
• facilitate incident reviews and corrective actions
• maintain knowledge of regulations and update procedures
• train staff on incident recognition and reporting
• liaise with protective services, law enforcement, and government personnel
• participate in peer reviews, committees, audits, and the rotating incident on-call schedule, including weekends.
