What you'll do

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling
• assist with student tracking and program communications
• serve as a welcoming point of contact
• coordinate workshops, mentoring activities, leadership events, and outreach
• and assist with purchasing, invoices, travel requests, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
