What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform housekeeping tasks including laundry, dishes, and cleaning
• provide nurse-taught support such as medication reminders, range-of-motion exercises, special diets, dementia care, and incontinence care.
