Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project engineers and project administration staff
• provide pre-construction services such as constructability reviews, cost estimating or estimate reviews, logistics, and phasing plans. Review schedules and progress, track and prepare change orders, address requests for information, inspect work for compliance with drawings and specifications, maintain project records and closeout documents, coordinate meetings and testing, review payment applications, monitor jobsite safety, and prepare client status reports. Travel to regional jobsites and be on call for jobsite delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues.
