The project manager owns residential construction projects from contract signing through final walkthrough, coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials while serving as the primary client contact. The role supports project performance and client experience through proactive communication, process improvement, and complete project closeout.

What you'll do

• Represent the company with clients from contract signing through final walkthrough
• manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and material procurement
• use JobTread and improve processes
• build KPI tracking systems
• communicate proactively with clients
• use AI tools to improve reporting and reduce administrative work
• complete punch lists and project documentation and support review requests.
