What you'll do

• Assist customers and recommend products
• explain the brand and its offerings
• prepare and assemble floral arrangements to design specifications
• inspect flowers and other materials for freshness and quality
• maintain visual standards
• facilitate sales and client capture in the POS system, including cross-channel sales
• manage daily inventory and receive live shipments
• participate in inventory counts
• communicate feedback to corporate management
• assist with off-site events when needed.
