What you'll do

• Provide music therapy according to individualized written plans of care
• assess therapeutic status and the home environment
• direct treatment and identify music therapy priorities
• report patient reactions or changes in condition to physicians
• instruct personnel and caregivers on relevant therapy goals
• prepare clinical and progress summaries
• consult with families and caregivers
• provide in-service education as needed
• and participate in interdisciplinary, quality improvement, and hospice team orientation activities. The posting requires a music therapy degree, state certification, two years of experience, CPR certification, and a driver’s license with an insured, working automobile.
