What you'll do

• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process specifications, troubleshooting and equipment guides, checklists, and training materials
• gather technical knowledge from subject-matter experts and observe manufacturing-floor processes
• create training and qualification content
• identify documentation gaps and improve standards and workflows
• support new equipment and process introductions
• coordinate revision control and approvals
• create visual and multimedia content
• lead small documentation or training projects and mentor contributors.
