Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete service requests and repairs thoroughly and promptly
• monitor equipment, tools, parts, and supplies
• maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• communicate with residents, employees, vendors, and supervisors
• support budgets and hazard communications
• inspect grounds and buildings
• maintain safety standards and curb appeal
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance turn events
• perform scheduled equipment maintenance
• address complaints
• maintain records and clean common areas
• maintain pools and chemical logs
• participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service.
