The role supports a fair, respectful, and engaging workplace by addressing employee concerns, coordinating investigations and disciplinary processes, and supporting onboarding, recruitment, training, and workers’ compensation administration. It helps maintain compliance and positive employee experiences across the center.

What you'll do

• Handle employee concerns and grievances confidentially
• support workplace investigations
• coordinate and document disciplinary actions
• facilitate communication between employees and leadership
• support company events, onboarding, and orientation
• assist with workers’ compensation cases and leave administration
• maintain employee relations records
• support labor-law compliance
• assist with recruitment, job fairs, interviews, and recruitment metrics
• review policies and create SOPs
• coordinate training and development programs.
