Enteral Patient Service Representative — Remote

The Enteral Patient Service Representative role is remote for applicants located in Maine, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. New England Life Care is a nonprofit home infusion provider serving more than 70 hospital systems across the region. The representative supports clinical pharmacy services for home infusion enteral patients by coordinating ongoing communication, supply needs, delivery timelines, and accurate records. This work helps clinical and support teams maintain continuity of service and patient documentation.

What you'll do

• Contact enteral patients at scheduled intervals to review supply needs
• document and communicate changes in patient demographics, insurance, physicians, and orders in the EMR
• enter delivery tickets
• manage delivery timelines
• record service information
• inform billing, reimbursement, and enteral teams of service changes
• complete and document assessments
• keep orders current
• triage equipment issues and clinical nutrition questions to appropriate staff
• support payer compliance documentation and protect patient confidentiality under HIPAA and applicable regulations.
