What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for residential, wholesale, and commercial projects using drawings, plans, and specifications
• partner with sales on cost-effective solutions and design guidance
• respond to quote requests by phone, email, or in person
• follow up on quotes and updates
• identify pricing improvements
• support product launches and training initiatives.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of customer service experience. Experience interpreting architectural plans and estimating, a related bachelor’s degree, and stone fabrication or kitchen and bath design experience are preferred.
