What you'll do

• Operate and maintain the dish machine
• wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• maintain clean dishware supplies
• keep the dish area and kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
• support kitchen operations
• follow sanitation and safety standards.
