What you'll do

• Rent equipment or arrange services
• prepare rental forms and contracts
• calculate charges
• explain fees and equipment use
• process deposits or payments
• answer calls and orders
• recommend suitable and safe equipment and promote appropriate add-on rentals. Maintain contract files and reservation lists, check overdue contracts, resolve customer and invoicing issues, and follow safety and company procedures.
