What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel
• monitor entrances and gates, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access records
• observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• respond to incidents using established procedures
• conduct patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter.
