Shift Lead

What you'll do

• Lead customer experience and resolve concerns
• maintain speed of service and manage workflow
• prepare for busy periods
• assist with onboarding and training
• provide constructive feedback
• reinforce performance standards
• support upselling and store metrics
• oversee cash handling, POS, procedures, health and sanitation
• serve as keyholder and complete opening and closing procedures
• help find shift coverage and assist with administrative duties.
