What you'll do

• Allocate department workloads and help meet deadlines
• contribute to department meetings and review goals
• assist with staffing and scheduling
• support load utilization and cargo integrity practices
• help develop cargo-sort operating plans and work instructions
• ensure required shipment documentation is received
• assist with trailer inventory, yard services, security, and access
• monitor OS&D shipments
• support workflow documentation
• track KPI standards
• identify capacity constraints
• help arrange contingencies, reroutes, and additional trucks
• and ensure service-provider equipment is available at regional branches.
