What you'll do

• Plan and improve quality assurance
• develop testing procedures and protocols
• review project plans and specifications
• prepare or review customer submittal packages
• use daily KPIs
• analyze plant batching and recommend improvements
• audit plants
• oversee project qualification
• investigate customer complaints
• visit jobsites for quality issues
• educate field teams and customers
• lead and schedule the QC team.
