Security Officer Dispatch

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls, alarms, incidents, and requests
• monitor communication channels and security systems
• maintain incident logs and dispatch records
• respond calmly and escalate concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols and report suspicious activity, hazards, or access concerns.
