Production Packaging Operator — Day Shift

The Production Packaging Operator — Day Shift role is onsite in Columbia City, OR, with compensation of $19–$21 per hour. Lignetics Group transforms recycled sawdust into products including heating pellets, BBQ pellets, and animal bedding, with a stated sustainability focus. The operator rotates between baler and bagging operations to keep production moving and finished goods properly packaged, labeled, and placed. The role supports safe, reliable production through equipment operation, quality checks, accurate reporting, and clean work areas.

What you'll do

• Operate baler and bagging machinery safely
• stack, seal, weigh, wrap, and label bales and pallets
• operate bagging machines, shrink-wrap equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and bag sealers
• move finished goods to warehouse locations
• collect pellet samples for quality control
• complete production reports
• assist production areas and shift leads as directed
• report material concerns
• maintain an organized workstation.
