What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, and lead resort associates and the leadership team
• foster an accountable, service-focused culture
• oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, retail, and food and beverage where applicable
• refine procedures and improve operational efficiency
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• manage budgets and forecasts
• drive revenue through occupancy, pricing, labor, and expense management
• lead service recovery
• develop future leaders
• partner with corporate sales and marketing
• support events and community partnerships
• plan preventative maintenance and capital improvements
• ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
