What you'll do

  • Answer medical questions by phone
  • see patients promptly
  • gather histories, presenting complaints, vitals, and examination findings
  • perform examinations and diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, X-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
  • diagnose conditions and create treatment plans
  • discuss diagnoses and options and prepare estimates
  • maintain medical records
  • perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
  • educate clients on aftercare and prevention.
