Special Procedures Tech PRN in Brigham City, UT. This is an onsite position. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to provide professional and compassionate care to patients in the Radiology department, utilizing advanced knowledge of angiographic equipment and performing special radiographic procedures.
What you'll do
- Works hard to support each other where the patients are the center of all we do. Must have a working knowledge of life-saving techniques and be capable of performing well under pressure. Will use advanced knowledge of the complexities of the angiographic equipment. Responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served: i.e. Child, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric. Will demonstrate the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs
- possesses knowledge of growth and development
- and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for these patient groups. Will perform professional duties involved in all special radiographic procedures with latitude for independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. Special Procedures at Brigham City Hospital will do: X-Ray, CT, OR, Fluor and Dexa.
